Hi, I’m Charlotte

In response to a need for self-discovery, meaning and purpose I embarked on my journey to become a therapist, completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London.

My previous career was as a qualified accountant working in different industries including Banking and Tech. Therefore, I have first-hand experience of the difficulties faced by those working in the corporate sector and high-pressure environments.

I truly believe and am passionate about how this work can empower others to lead more fulfilling lives. My own experience of being in therapy has shown me the deep benefit of feeling truly seen, heard and understood, and how life-enhancing that can be. This is something I seek to offer to you and it would be my privilege to be a part of your journey.

Before beginning my own practice, I worked in a counselling service supporting individuals with a range of issues.

I work with individuals online or in-person at multiple locations in London including Clapham, Wimbledon and London Bridge (see FAQs for location details).

My approach is an integrative one, meaning that I use a number of approaches when working with clients (including Psychoanalysis, Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology). I believe that one size does not fit all and so my approach offers flexibility to suit you as an individual and your individual needs. I will support you not only to explore how your history may be impacting your present-day life, but also to look forward to a more purposeful and meaningful future.

I see therapy as a collaborative process so developing a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. As your therapist, my role is not to provide you with the answers, but instead to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. With the increased awareness developed through our work together, comes the opportunity for more choice and the possibility for change and personal growth.
